The InfoLibrarian™ Object Modeler
The Object Modeler allows you to identify anything that you want document and define it. Additionally you can organize it the way you want. Think of it as having the ability to define templates for the Metadata you want to manage in your environment. For example You can create objects that represent:

Object Modeler - Examples   Business Glossaries.   Hierarchies.   Hardware inventory.   Business processes.   Key performance indicators.   Technical processes in business terms.   Applications and components.   Subject Areas and Categories (Taxonomy).   Define new objects for custom scans loaders and templates.   Create unlimited custom properties.   Define complex objects.

One scenario would be to create an object and its properties in the Object Modeler and then use the InfoLibrarian™ Excel loader template or import wizards to populate the object in the repostitory, giving you the power to essentially build your own custom meta-model.
