Categorizing and Organizing Metadata

You can define or import business terms and rules from various other tools. With a few clicks, business terms can be mapped to technical Metadata using the terms mapping tool.  You can also define subject areas and map those to the business terms that will be auto-generated in the portal.

Automatic Generation Of Business Views

The built-in visual mapper tool allows you to associate objects or define hierarchies and categories of objects, build subject areas, and link documents.  The portal automatically graphically materializes the subject areas you define and provides the users with the ability to drill through the hierarchies to the finest level of detail. Subject areas are presented in the portal graphically.
